The University of Utah has entrusted the Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) with the authority to certify that proposals will be completed as proposed, and that the proposal is in harmony with University policies. |

Once a proposal is accepted for award, the sponsor and recipient must negotiate the terms and conditions of the agreement. As part of the agreement, the proposed statement of work and budget (including any revisions) will be included as attachments to the agreement. |
