About the Office of Sponsored Projects

The Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) was established in 1967 at the University of Utah.

OSP is responsible for the effective and timely management of faculty research proposals and the negotiation and administration of awards. The office also coordinates between other Research Administration Departments at the University of Utah.
